Shipping Policy – Customised Jewellery

At Luxica Jewels, every customised jewellery piece is individually designed and carefully manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications. Because each piece is made especially for you, manufacturing and delivery timelines may vary depending on the design, materials, certification requirements and level of craftsmanship involved.

Please review this Shipping Policy before confirming your customised jewellery order.

1. Order Confirmation

Manufacturing will begin only after:

  • The jewellery design, CAD or digital rendering has been approved by the customer.

  • All customisation details have been confirmed.

  • The required advance payment has been received.

Any changes requested after final approval may affect the estimated manufacturing and dispatch timeline.

2. Manufacturing and Dispatch Timeline

Customised jewellery is generally manufactured and dispatched within 15–25 business days from the date of final design approval and receipt of the required advance payment.

Highly detailed or complex designs, special gemstones, large jewellery pieces, certification requirements or material availability may extend the manufacturing period to 30–35 business days.

The estimated timeline will be communicated when the order is confirmed. If additional time is required, our team will inform the customer using the contact details provided with the order.

Business days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.

3. Shipping Within India

  • Luxica Jewels provides free standard shipping across India.

  • After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

  • Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time.

  • Every jewellery shipment is securely packaged and fully insured during transit.

  • A signature or delivery OTP may be required when receiving the order.

4. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations upon request.

  • Shipping charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

  • International delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other destination-country fees.

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery period.

5. Order Tracking

Once the customised jewellery has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp using the contact information provided by the customer.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, we may not be able to change its delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • The recipient being unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

7. Delivery Delays

The manufacturing and delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of:

  • Design complexity or requested modifications

  • Availability of diamonds, gemstones or metals

  • Certification or hallmarking procedures

  • Quality inspection requirements

  • Courier disruptions

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Public holidays, strikes or government restrictions

  • Customs clearance for international orders

Luxica Jewels will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about significant delays.

8. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Parcels

Customers should record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through the complete opening process.

If the jewellery is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must contact Luxica Jewels within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required unboxing video and order details.

Requests without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete eligibility conditions.

9. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and initiate an investigation.

Any replacement or resolution will be provided after the courier investigation is completed and the shipment is officially declared lost.
