We do not offer returns on any products once they are delivered.

All purchases made on Luxica Jewels are considered final sale, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange under the following valid conditions:

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received a wrong product

⚠️ Mandatory: An unboxing video is required as proof to process any exchange request.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair processing:

  • The parcel opening video must be recorded from start to finish

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Opening of the parcel

    • The product condition

Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests after this period will not be entertained

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. Our team will verify the issue

  2. The product must be returned in:

    • Original packaging

    • Unused condition

    • With all tags intact

  3. After quality check, we will ship the replacement product

Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product): We bear the shipping cost

  • If the exchange is requested for any other approved reason: Customer may bear shipping charges

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or worn

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Request is made after 48 hours

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • Minor color variation due to photography/lighting

Refund Policy

  • We generally do not provide refunds

  • Refunds (if exceptionally approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
