Our Custom Order Process
We believe in complete transparency and keep you involved at every step:
Design Approval – Once we receive your order, we share a CAD design for your review and make any changes you request.
Stone Selection – After approval, we cut and polish the stones, sharing images/videos for your confirmation before setting.
Crafting – We expertly craft your piece, and can share process images upon request.
Final Review & Shipping – Once complete, we send final images/videos for your approval before securely shipping your jewellery.
Processing Time
Custom orders typically take 15–16 days from CAD design to completion. Some intricate designs may require more time — which we will inform you about in advance.
